Visible Light Transmission (VLT) is the percentage of light that passes through the lenses of sunglasses. Low VLT percentages mean the lenses are darker, suitable for bright conditions, while high VLT percentages indicate lighter lenses for low-light conditions. 

Choose a low VLT (0-15%) for bright, sunny conditions or outdoor activities. For moderate light, a medium VLT (15-30%) works well. High VLT (41%+) is ideal for low-light or overcast environments.

Yes, if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return your sunglasses within ten days of delivery for a refund, minus a $4.95 shipping fee. Custom-made prescription lenses have a 25% restocking fee. There are no other fees or hidden charges. For international sales, all sales are final. To start the return process, contact info@ellosunglasses.com with your order number. 

Yes, we ship internationally via the United States Postal Service, the USPS will then hand of your package to a local carrier. Please note that international orders may take up to six weeks to arrive (usually two), and additional duties and taxes may apply based on your country's import laws. ello sunglasses is not responsible for any laws, restrictions, or package loss after arrival in the destination country. All international sales are final.
