Shipping policy

How long will it be before I receive my order? 

We try our utmost to ship every order within two business days of when an order is placed. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After that if you requested USPS First Class you can expect to receive your package approximately 3 to 5 days from the shipping date. If you requested USPS Priority Mail you can expect to receive your package around 2 to 3 days after the shipping date. Your shipping date will be confirmed to you in an email, along with a tracking number for all domestic deliveries. These are all estimated times and are not exact. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do!

ello ships all International orders via the United States Postal Service and it can take up to six weeks for an International order to reach its destination. 

International Duties & Delivery

Most countries charge import duties or taxes on incoming shipments. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. ello sunglasses does not collect these fees at checkout. We recommend checking your country’s import policies if you’re unsure.

All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking. Once your package reaches its destination country, it is handled by your local postal service or courier.

All international sales are final. We do not offer refunds on international orders.
