Shipping policy

How long will it be before I receive my order? 

We try our utmost to ship every order within two business days of when an order is placed. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After that if you requested USPS First Class you can expect to receive your package approximately 3 to 5 days from the shipping date. If you requested USPS Priority Mail you can expect to receive your package around 2 to 3 days after the shipping date. Your shipping date will be confirmed to you in an email, along with a tracking number for all domestic deliveries. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do.  

ello ships all International orders via the United States Postal Service and it can take up to six weeks for an International order to reach its destination. 

Most countries require duties and/or taxes to be paid on imports. It is up to you, the purchaser, to understand your country's import laws and how to pay duties owed if required. 

ello sunglasses are not responsible for any laws, restrictions, duties, or package loss that prevents your order from being delivered once it has arrived in its destination country. 

All International sales are final, there are no refunds.
