All products sold by Ello Sunglasses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during the warranty period under normal usage conditions.
What is Not Covered:
-Scratches on lenses.
-Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, neglect, shock, dropping, improper use, or storage of the product.
-Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
-Normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Claim:
Contact ello sunglasses customer service at info@ellosunglasses.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Following claim approval, you will be instructed to send the defective product along with the proof of purchase to the address provided by our customer service team.
Remedy:
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, ello sunglasses will either repair the product at no charge or replace it with the same or a comparable product, at its discretion.
General Provisions:
This warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under local law.
Ello Sunglasses may update this warranty policy at any time. The current version will always be available on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the most recent effective date.
