We're not here to trap you into a purchase. We want you in a pair that actually fits. Every order includes our 10-Day Home Try-On. If your sunglasses don't feel right, just let us know within 10 days of delivery and we'll help you find your perfect fit.

If You Need a Return or Exchange

 

Email us at info@ellosunglasses.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply personally to help —and if the fit isn't quite right, we may suggest a different style that could work better.

 

We genuinely enjoy the challenge of helping you find the perfect fit, so don't be shy about reaching out. You're not dealing with a call center here. You're talking directly to the team that actually designed the sunglasses.

 

Before You Return — Quick Note

If your frames feel a little different than expected, that’s common with petite-fit sunglasses. Most people with small faces are used to wearing frames that are too large.

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• You’ll receive a refund for the purchase price minus a $4.95 shipping fee (which reflects the initial shipping cost).
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• No restocking fees and no surprise charges
